Purchase Information
How To Buy A Beat:
1. The purchase process at Open Minds Entertainment is simple, quick, and easy. First, browse through our library of beats online and find the beat(s) you wish to purchase.
2. Once you have found something you like, click the "Buy a License" button located next to the name of the beat.
3. This will take you to our License Agreement. In order to add a beat to your shopping cart you must accept our terms of agreement. Please read the non-exclusive license agreement and make sure that you clearly understand our terms before proceeding.
4. After you have read and agreed to our terms click the "I Agree" button and continue on to the next step. Keep in mind that by clicking the "I Agree" button you are essentially signing our contract and if any term in our contract is broken, the agreement is void and legal action will be taken.
5. You will have the chance to review your cart and continue shopping, or finalize your purchase. You can also apply any coupons you have received as a member of OME. If you are finished shopping then proceed to the next step and complete your purchase.
6. In the next step you will be asked to create an account with Open Minds or log in if you already have an account. Creating an account with Open Minds is a quick and easy process and carries with it many benefits, including access to our free rap instrumentals. A clear list of benefits is present on the "create an account/log in" page. While creating an account we also encourage you to check the "Join Our FREE Weekly e-Newsletter" box to subscribe to our mailing list. Joining this mailing list is the only way to gain access to our FREE Beats library. While creating an account you may feel reluctant to give out your personal information. At Open Minds we can ensure your privacy as it is one of our main priorities. The information collected in your subscriptions is for our personal use only and will not be shared or sold to any third party. For more information on our Privacy Policy click HERE.
7. Once you have filled out your login details and have created an account with Open Minds, you will be taken to the PayPal page in which you can log-in on to your PayPal account and complete your puchase. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase using PayPal. Look for the following text in the bottom left corner of the screen:

8. Once you have completed filling out your purchasing information and have finalized your purchase, a downloadable link containing your CD-Quality beat will be instantly sent to your account so that you can begin downloading your purchased beat(s) online. You will also receive an email notifying you of your purchase.
(Note: If you have progessed in our purchasing process all of the way to our paypal page, yet for some reason you decided to discontinue purchasing your beat(s), the beats will still be listed under "My Purchases" on your account page. There you will be able to finialize your purchases as well as download any beats you have purchased at any time.)

After the purchase has been completed and you (the Licensee) have accepted the terms of agreement Open Minds Entertainment agrees to provide you with a complete, untagged, version of the licensed Instrumental.
