Making an Exclusive Rights request is quick and easy...

    1. An audio CD containing your purchased beat in both high-quality WAV and MP3 format.
    2. An additional audio CD containing your beat tracked out in individual WAV files.
    3. A copy of our Exclusive Rights Agreement signed by the producer granting you full rights to the beat you have purchased.

We will also email you a downloadable MP3 of your beat after your purchase, so you can begin working on your recording while you wait for your package to arrive. We also provide free ground shipping. Brief Overview of Exclusive Rights:

  • Right to unlimited amount of commercial, non-commercial, profitable, and non-profitable use of recording made with beat (Master Recording)
  • Right to unlimited distribution of Master Recording
  • Right to use Master Recording for an unlimited amount of performances, concerts, and radio broadcasts

Once exclusive rights are purchased, we will remove the beat from our website and no other customer will be able to buy exclusive or non-exclusive rights to the beat. You must give the producer of your purchased beat (Adamack or KH Productions) full credit for production. Credit may be given verbally, in your recording. or written in your CD insert.
